Mr. Wang Xingfu (Felix) graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University in China in the 1970s. He has held important positions in Chinese government departments, large enterprises and financial securities companies. After immigrating to Canada, he obtained an MBA degree in business administration. He has been engaged in investment and management work in listed companies in Canada and the United States for many years and has rich experience in investment, risk control and business management.

Mr. Wang worked, studied and lived in the United States in the 1980s. He is very familiar with the economic and living conditions of the United States and Canada. Since 1999, he has been engaged in consulting and case handling for immigration and study abroad in Canada and the United States. He is familiar with the immigration laws and regulations of Canada and the United States and has extensive social and government connections. Mr. Felix Wang has successfully assisted hundreds of investment immigrant families to immigrate to Canada and the United States, and helped their children to attend prestigious schools in the United States and Canada to enjoy the world's high-quality educational resources.

Mr. Wang has comprehensive and multi-level experience in handling immigration and study abroad cases.
